Cookie Policy
Effective date: 1 May 2025 · Last updated: 24 April 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SAI Technology Ltd uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Transveo platform and marketing website. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or application. They allow the site to remember your preferences, authenticate you, and understand how you use the service. Similar technologies include local storage tokens, session storage, and pixel tags — all of which are covered by this policy.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies for three main purposes:
2.1 Authentication and security (strictly necessary)
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They maintain your authenticated session, enable role-based access control, and protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Without these cookies, you cannot log in or use any part of the Platform.
| Cookie name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-access-token | Supabase | JWT access token for authenticated API requests | 1 hour (auto-refresh) |
sb-refresh-token | Supabase | Refresh token to renew access tokens silently | 60 days |
sb-auth-token | Supabase | Session identifier for server-side authentication | Session |
These cookies are set automatically when you log in and cannot be opted out of while using the Platform. They are cleared when you log out or when the session expires.
2.2 Functional cookies
These cookies remember your preferences and improve your experience. They are not strictly necessary but significantly affect usability.
| Cookie / storage key | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
transveo_sidebar_state | SAI Technology | Remembers whether the sidebar is expanded or collapsed | 30 days |
transveo_theme | SAI Technology | Stores light/dark mode preference (when available) | 1 year |
2.3 Analytics cookies
We use Sentry for error monitoring and performance diagnostics. Sentry may set session identifiers to correlate error events with user sessions. This data helps us identify and fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is sent to Sentry beyond what is necessary to reproduce the error.
| Cookie / identifier | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sentry session replay ID | Sentry.io | Links errors to a user session for debugging | Session |
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising cookies on the authenticated Platform. Our marketing website (transveo.co) may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics — details are provided in the marketing site's own consent notice.
3. Third-party cookies
Third parties whose services are integrated into Transveo may also set cookies on your device:
- Supabase: Authentication and session management. Supabase privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy
- Sentry: Error monitoring. Sentry privacy policy: sentry.io/privacy
We do not embed social media buttons, advertising pixels, or tracking from Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or similar networks in the authenticated Platform.
4. Your choices
4.1 Authentication cookies
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled while you are using the Platform. If you do not wish these cookies to be set, you should not use Transveo.
4.2 Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via their settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in. Common browser cookie settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
4.3 Logging out
When you log out of Transveo, all authentication cookies are cleared from your browser for that session.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we introduce new features or third-party integrations that involve cookies. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notice or email. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
6. Contact us
